National Action Network Convention
Role: Assistant Events/Social Media Coordinator
The National Action Network annual convention at the Sheraton Times Square is one of the largest national gatherings of civil rights leaders, politicians, and activists. As a conference staff member working under Ashley Sharpton, I managed livestreams across all of the convention events, captured photo and video content for distribution on NAN’s social media channels, and served as a guest speaker on Keeping It Real with Rev. Al Sharpton during NAN Youth and College Day.
