PROCRASTINATORS

Role: Producer, Production Manager
Procrastinators is a student-led capstone short film that explores the humor, chaos, and subtle vulnerability behind how we avoid the things we care about most. As the Producer and Production Manager, I oversaw the project from its earliest development through the full planning phase, ensuring that every creative and logistical decision supported the director’s vision and the team’s workflow.

In pre-production, I coordinated script breakdowns, scheduling, budget planning, location scouting, and department communication. I facilitated pre-production meetings, managed deadlines, and built the infrastructure that allowed the cast and crew to transition confidently into production. My role centered on organization, clarity, and team alignment, ensuring every department had what they needed to succeed.

“Calloway”

Role: Production Manager
Calloway is a feature-length action comedy about Rick Calloway, a professional con artist who ends up partnered with a federal agent to take down an untouchable Vegas kingpin by pulling off the biggest con of his life. I was one of three Production Managers on the project, and handled the full development pipeline while working with my team to build out the larger production structure.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Remake

Role: Director, Producer
For a graduate scene exercise, I produced, directed, and cast a recreation of Scene 31 from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. A quiet, emotionally layered conversation between Bella and Angela revolving around the main plot of the film. Rather than recreating the scene for spectacle, the goal was to honor its subtext: Bella's internal tension between her extraordinary life and the normal one she's quietly leaving behind.

I scouted talent from Syracuse University's VPA department through a formal casting process, built a shot list and storyboard to plan the visual language, and directed the scene in one day. The most rewarding part of the process was the rehearsal. Having both actresses in the room, watching the scene come to life, and giving real-time redirects to deepen the emotional story. Seeing the same actors I had selected from self-tapes deliver exactly what the scene needed on set made the full arc of the process feel complete.

“Cliché” by Katie Lee Music Video Teaser

Role: Producer
Cliché is a one-minute teaser film for an original song by Syracuse University artist Katie Lee. The concept is simple but very emotionally specific. The song is about a relationship where one person loves the other, but not romantically, and the other person doesn’t handle that rejection well. The teaser uses the contrast between the nostalgic warmth of the footage and the cold stillness of the empty auditorium to carry the emotional weight of the piece.

As one of the producers, my work took place entirely in pre-production. I helped the director create the shooting schedule for the full-length music video. For the teaser, I built the call sheet and managed the talent release forms. I also attended pre-production meetings with the Creative Director, Katie Lee, and the Cinematographer to make sure the logistics supported the creative vision. My focus was ensuring every detail was handled before the camera rolled so the shoot day could run smoothly without me being on set.
